Strong wifi, solid AC, good location along the airport line, very friendly, professional staff at the front desk. I tried 2 different rooms and they were both the same. Dirty, dark, dated, with dead mosquitos splattered on the walls and live mosquitos flying around everywhere. Can only assume they came out of the air conditioner since there are no open windows in the room. I’m a positive person but honestly, by Western standards, this place is a flophouse and needs to come down. The pictures on-line are also totally photoshopped. 1 night was MORE than enough. But hey, what do you expect for $20?

This place was just awful. After looking at the place on booking.com I thought it seems good. I got there looked at the room and thought I was in some hellhole. The room was old, the cupboard door fell of when I tried to open it, the bathroom was old and the whole feel was dingy that it almost bordered on creepy. The pictures they give you are at night to hide all the flaws. During the daytime it looks like it's been through the Bombing of Berlin, no one's made any effort to make it even look or feel half decent. They promote it as a 4 star hotel, nonsense it's 1 star. Most things they advertise that entice you to stay aren't even true. They say it has room service, nope a bar, nope, a kitchen, a coffee shop, nope it doesn't have any of these things. As for all those lovely pictures of towels made up as Swans on the bed, complete fabrication. This place may as well have been a drug den. I asked to be upgraded to to an Executive Room. Got up there, just a standard room in any 3 star hotel, if you were an Executive I'd be looking for another job. I lasted one hour and got the hell out of there, it's a dump pure and simple. I later found out it was used as a Quarantine hotel during Covid, they shunted them in and out. Don't even look at this place, it will ruin your holiday, old bathroom and a central light in the bedroom that's as old as the building itself (straight from the 70s). They give all these fantastic pictures of meeting and conference rooms, all nonsense. Oh, and BTW, there's no safe in the room for your belongings either, on top of the insult of this place, they charge you 3000 Baht to hire a storage locker like you're in a some train station. The staff dress shabbily none of those photos with door staff in uniform, they look like they could be cleaning staff. I went to my next hotel and the man behind reception just laughed and said "oh, awful, awful place". Hellhole, avoid at all costs.

location is just opposite from the airport link Ramkhamheang that has small shops, Starbucks and and 7-11. room is spacious but very old. hot water works quite well. the room rate is quite reasonable so if you want a good price and not really concern to have modern and new room, this is one of the good choice. However, only provide a small soap, a small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of conditioner. they are using the key like good old days with big keychain.

A huge hotel, but not for family and friends It's was just a place for a date and one nightstand. So We changed our hotel!!!! Not clean Crowded Most customers booked the hotel only for a few hours Not good for family

Attaccato alla metro e facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto. Per la posizione è top. Pulizia ottima, forse il più pulito in cui siamo stati. Il resto è discutibile.... il personale è spesso scocciato e poco cordiale, la colazione a buffet è un po' scarna e senza cibi dolci. Fortemente sconsigliata, molti alimenti erano freddi.. I piani sono 19 e ci sono due ascensori. Le stanze sono vecchie, nel bagno c'era una vasca ingiallita ed era complicato farsi la doccia. L'aria condizionata andava a fatica, la TV di un'altra epoca ormai, nessuna sedia. Avevamo prenotato per 3 con Booking e ci siamo presentati in anticipo di un'ora (il check-in è alle 14). Ci hanno mandati via e quando siamo tornati ci hanno dato una stanza con due letti... il terzo lo hanno montato davanti a noi, con un materasso sottile e rigido oltre che sporco, su un asse di legno con le ruote... terribile dormirci. Inoltre sono obbligatori 500 bath di cauzione da dare contanti al check-in. Prezzi medio/alti. Utile poter lasciare lì i bagagli prima e dopo il soggiorno.
